Shipping Info

- All Orders Are Shipped Through USPS.

   Please allow 7 to 14 Business Days for your order to be processed it may take more or less time depending on the season and/or sale event. Keep in mind Saturday and Sunday are not Business Days and Mondays we do not operate (Business days counts from Tuesday to Friday). We are a small indie brand run by two and all our lipsticks are handmade in-house in small batches, all orders are self processed and personally taken to the post office. We do all the customer service, social media and run our brick and mortar, we would really appreciate your patience in terms of processing and shipping. Our work is done with love.

After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with your shipping confirmation & tracking #. PLEASE make sure to corroborate that your provided ADDRESS is correct and doesn't have any typo's or missing information before your order ships out. 

If a package is returned to us because of incorrect or insufficient address, we can offer you a refund of the items if the product is not damaged or send you an invoice for a new shipping fee and ship it on our next shipping day. Any address change after your order has been shipped, is impossible for us to do, but we still recommend contacting your local Postal Office and notifying the issue to see how they can help you out. If you notice your address is incorrect after placing your order and realize it before it ships, please contact us so we can correct it.

- For Domestic Orders it should take from 2 to 5 days for domestic orders to arrive to Puerto Rico & United States depending on the Carrier, delays may occur due to weather or carrier internal issues, sadly we have no control over those type of delays once your order has been shipped.

- For International Orders it should take from 10 to 16 days in some cases it could take even more depending on its destination, please remember we are shipping out of Puerto Rico. All international orders include a tracking # however if the order isn't properly scanned once it arrives to your country the tracking info will only display the scanned history. Please be aware of any customs fees and make sure to reclaim your packages, we are not responsible for any custom charges and Non Reclaimed packages that are returned will not be refunded if the product is damaged. USPS will hand over all international orders to Global Post to transfer from the US to your countries Postal Service. 

We are NOT responsible for any STOLEN PACKAGES after it has been "Delivered" please be aware of this if you live in a not so friendly neighborhood we can offer you a signature confirmation service to get your package if not please issue your complaints to your local Postal Office so they can assist you.
