At Necromancy Cosmetica, your satisfaction matters to us, and while we pour our heart and soul into crafting every product, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about our return and exchange process.
No Refunds, Exchanges or Credit Only
We do not offer refunds at this time. If 14 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can no longer offer an exchange. We kindly ask that you double-check your items and let us know as soon as possible if there’s an issue.
We insure all orders before shipping to cover any lost packages or damaged items during transit. For more details, please refer to the Shipping Insurance section in our Shipping Policy Guide.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective.
- We do not accept exchanges if you don’t like the shade or color. Please make sure to select your products thoughtfully.
- Certain items like gift cards are non-returnable.
Please note that the appearance of our lipstick, eyeshadow, and pigment shades may slightly vary depending on your skin tone and lighting conditions. Additionally, the colors you see on our website may appear slightly different due to variations in screen brightness, color display settings, and device type. We recommend considering this when selecting your shades, as differences in color perception will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Request an ExchangeIf you believe your product qualifies for an exchange, reach out to us at info@necromancycosmetica.com with your receipt or Order of purchase. Do not send your product back before contacting us, as your return may not be processed without prior approval.
Shipping for Exchanges
Once we review and approve your request, you will receive a free return label, and we will ship your replacement item as soon as we’ve inspected the returned package.

Final Sale Items
Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchanges unless an exception is made. If your item was purchased at a discount, it is likely final sale.
