At Necromancy Cosmetica, we believe that receiving your beautifully crafted cosmetics should be as delightful as using them. Our shipping policy is designed to keep you informed every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and enchanting delivery process.

- All Orders Shipped Through USPS: We partner with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your orders efficiently and reliably.
- International Shipments: For our global beauty enthusiasts, USPS collaborates with Global Post to ensure your products reach you safely, no matter where you are.
📦 Processing Time
Handcrafted with Love: As a small indie brand, each lipstick is handmade in-house in small batches, ensuring quality and uniqueness.
- Processing Duration: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or special sales events.
- Business Days: Wednesday to Saturday (Sunday to Tuesday does not count as business days.)
- Personal Touch: Orders are self-processed and personally taken to the post office by our dedicated team, handling customer service and social media alongside running our brick-and-mortar store.
🚚 Shipping Times
- Domestic Orders (Puerto Rico & United States):
- Delivery Window: 2 to 5 days depending on the carrier.
- Possible Delays: Weather conditions or carrier-related issues may occasionally cause delays, which are beyond our control. Rest assured, we stay connected throughout the process to assist you if needed.
- International Orders:
- Delivery Window: 10 to 16 days, though it may vary based on your destination.
- Shipping Origin: All international orders are shipped from Puerto Rico.
- Tracking: We provide a tracking number for all international shipments. For more precise tracking once your package leaves the U.S., we recommend using the Global Post Tracking Service.
🌍 International Orders & Customs Fees
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees charged by your country. The shipping cost paid at checkout only covers the carrier’s delivery from Puerto Rico to your destination. We strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's customs regulations to avoid any unexpected surprises. Our goal is to ensure a smooth shipping experience, and understanding your local policies will help!

- Shipping Confirmation: After your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS message (depending on the provided info) with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
- Verify Your Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays.
- Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your address before your order ships, contact us immediately to make corrections.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we can either refund the items (if undamaged) or provide an invoice for a new shipping fee to resend your order.

What is Global Post?
Global Post partners with USPS to streamline the delivery of international packages. Once your package leaves the U.S., USPS hands it off to Global Post, which collaborates with local carriers in your country to ensure safe and timely delivery. For the most accurate tracking updates post-U.S. border, we recommend using the Global Post Tracking Service.
💼 Shipping Insurance
All orders are insured with Parcel Guard Insurance.
Requirements
- All claims must be filed within 120 days of the shipping date.
- In the case of lost packages, you must wait 30 days before filing a claim.
- Please retain all damaged items until final settlement, as you may be asked to surrender any items claimed as damaged beyond repair. Failure to do so could adversely affect your claim.

All international orders shipped with Global Post could be claimed via Global Post it self.
Requirements for Filing a Claim
- All claims must be filed by the shipper
- All claims should be submitted within 90 days of the shipment date
- Claims for damage can be submitted at any time, while claims for lost packages should not be initiated before 30 days post-shipment
Exclusions: Stolen packages marked as "Delivered" may not be covered by insurance.
Filing a Claim:
- Original Packaging: Ensure the product remains in its original packaging, DO NOT throw away any of it until after the claim is successful. (including the shipping box)
- Photo Proof: Provide photos of the damaged item and the shipping box.
- Assistance: Contact us before initiating a claim, and we will guide you through the process.
🤝 Returns & Exchanges
While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist with exchanges or credit if your product arrives damaged or defective. You can contact us at info@necromancycosmetica.com within 14 days of receiving your order to start the exchange process. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Note: We cannot accept exchanges for items purchased during sale events, except in special cases. Gift cards are non-returnable. Check our full return policy here for more details.
🔒 Package Security
- After Delivery: Necromancy Cosmetica is not responsible for any packages marked as "Delivered" that are stolen.
- Secure Your Package:
- Signature Confirmation: We offer signature confirmation services for added security. Please request this service before shipping if you live in an area where package theft is a concern.
- Local Postal Office: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact your local postal office and check with your neighbors.
- Delayed Deliveries: Sometimes packages marked as delivered may arrive the next day. We recommend reaching out to your mail carrier for assistance.
